The project is located in the north-west of the city of Florence, in the fraction of Brozzi. Once upon a time, it was an independent municipality, whereas today Brozzi is part of the municipality of Florence.

For almost the whole of the last century, Brozzi has been a predominantly agricultural area with also small artisan realities but still linked to a pleasant environment. Since the eighties, public and private many building interventions in the neighboring lots were made, transforming Brozzi into a residential area. The buildings in this area are mostly villas and dwellings, in many cases divided into several apartments that often have green space outside.

The opportunity is well connected to the A1 and A11 motorways as well as to the FI-PI-LI highway: they can be reached in a few minutes. The Amerigo Vespucci airport is two kilometers away, while Le Piagge railway station is just a few hundred meters away.
