La Eliana is our newest development loan opportunity. The loan will go towards the construction of an apartment building in La Eliana, Valencia. The building will have a total of 7 apartments.

  • The loan granted will go towards the purchase of the land and the initial steps necessary to carry out the construction of the building.
  • Three out the seven apartments have already been reserved.
  • The construction permit will be requested according to the attached project.
  • It is a development loan opportunity; therefore, you will not have to wait for the sale of the building, you begin to earn income from the first month until the developer repays the entire loan. The interest is 9,50% in only 12 months!

The building is exactly located in Calle Valencia 18 in La Eliana, 9 km to Valencia city center. La Eliana belongs to the region of Campo de Turia, located on the banks its river. It’s the ideal destination for rural tourism and relaxation and has also been selected for the privacy it can offer by several football players as the main residence.

The building will have a total of 7 apartments, 8 parking spaces and 7 storage rooms. The properties will be divided into:

  • Five of the homes will have approximately 141m2 with three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
