  • The first loan (Torres de Paterna) was used for the purchase of the land and the necessary steps to carry out the construction of the building.
  • The land will be purchased with two basement floors already having been built and included in the purchase. The developer will continue the construction with the help of this loan.
  • The construction permit was granted already, as the construction of the basements has started. The developer will continue with the renovation of the basements and construction of the rest of the apartment building. 
  • It is a development loan opportunity; therefore, you will not have to wait for the sale of the building, you begin to earn income from the first month until the developer repays the entire loan. The interest is 10% in only 12 months!!

The building has an elevator and 59 apartments in total. The apartments are all exterior and each one has a private terrace. The distribution is as follows: 

  • Each floor is distributed between 4 apartments of 120 square meters. Each apartment has 3 bedrooms (one master bedroom with a walk-in closet and in-suite bathroom), two bathrooms, and a large, closed kitchen. 
  • On the top floor there are two penthouse apartments with large terraces. 
  • There will be two basement floors with garages and storage rooms for every apartment.

While the town of Paterna used to be a region dedicated agricultural activity, in recent years it has grown into a more a residential and industrial region. Due to this, many young couples and families have been moving to the region. This town, with a population of over 67,000, has a rich cultural and architectural heritage. In addition, the area is perfectly connected to Valencia by road and public transport. The town connects with line 1 of the Valencia Metro and line 4 of the tram.
