The project consists in a total of 9 residential blocks that are composed by 122 houses. They all have a design which can be easily adapted to everyone’s needs, built with a new architectural concept, and the majority of them consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

It is important to underline that:

  • The promoter has already acquired 21 properties.
  • The loan aims to restore the properties’ interiors as well as the common spaces in order to sell them later on.
  • The restoring will be carried out by COR Asociados, an architecture firm which was found in 2006 and that has earned many prizes as recognitions of its work. 
  • Due to the fixed-rate nature of the opportunity, you do not have to wait until the houses are sold in order to earn money. Indeed, you will start earning right from the first month after you made investment. The interest is 8,5% in 12 months!

The project wants to propose a redistribution of the land, according to the specific urban legislation. 

Green areas are designed as an enlargement of the sidewalks, using urban pavement to delimit the resting area from the children’s playground. Moreover, there are many trees and swimming pools.
