The apartment is located exactly on Calle Murcia 8, between Paseo de las Delicias and Paseo de Santa María de la Cabeza. The location is ideal for being a consolidated residential area within reach of all kinds of services and given the proximity to the main monuments and places of interest in the city. The Atocha station is only 200m from the house as well as Antón Martín, Cibeles, Sol or Lavapiés.
