San Gallo is the tenth Italian project at Housers, which only confirms the interest in the country and more importantly in the capital of Tuscany, this time in the San Gallo district of Florence.

The objective of the project is to purchase, renovate and start offering the apartment as a tourist rental due to the strategic and central location, where the property is located, with the subsequent sale to the planned operation is completed in 60 months.

This is a buy-to-let project with an estimated annual yield of 4.58% due to the high profits that the department can generate thanks to the tourist lease.

For the estimation of the annual yield granted by the lease, we have considered 3 possible scenarios with respect to the monthly employment rate:

The real estate development company will take care of all the necessary tasks to manage the property, from the realization of the sale to the renovation and decoration in accordance with the Home Staging strategies, in addition to the fundamental activities of tourism rental management also the use of external companies.

In addition to the initial bureaucratic management and restructuring, the project developer will also follow the ordinary activities related to the promotion of the property, such as the maintenance of the same, the management of check in, check out, cleaning and legal documentation.
