Bravo Murillo is the third longest street in Madrid, surpassed by Paseo de la Castellana (6.3km) and by Calle de Alcalá, which, with its length of more than 10 kilometers, is the longest in Madrid. It crosses the districts of Chamberí and Tetuán in direction from the roundabout of Quevedo, next to the center of the city, until Plaza de Castilla.

The maximum term to invest in this opportunity may be lengthened by an additional 25% to the term initially foreseen, in accordance with the Law for the Promotion of Business Financing. Likewise, HOUSERS may consider to close the financing of this opportunity / project when it has been financed by 90%.
