The building consists of:


  • A total of 45 homes distributed over five floors. On the top floor, the apartments are duplexes each with a large terrace.
  • Each floor will have 9 homes of approximately 120 m2 each distributed into 4 bedrooms (one with dressing room and en-suite bathroom), a bathroom and a large kitchen separated from the living room area. All of them are exterior, with private terraces.
  • There will be a total of 56 garage spaces.
