The apartment is located on Calle Cartagena, 24, in the neighborhood of Prosperidad, located between the renowned Calle del Principe de Vergara and the M-30, it has one of the longest streets probably in the city and well known for its great commercial activity: López de Hoyos street.

One of the most famous buildings in the neighborhood is the Torres Blancas, a symbol of the Spanish avant-garde, with a very innovative design to have been built in 1968.

The house of 65 m2 is located on the 4th floor of a building with elevator. It will be completely renovated, including furniture and complete decoration and will result in the following distribution:

  • Three bedrooms.
  • A bathroom.
  • Living room with American style kitchen.

The reform will be carried out under the turnkey model, the budget is closed so there will be no changes.


The project developer will be responsible for carrying out all the tasks and management necessary to make the sale, execute and control the rehabilitation of the property, carry out the marketing strategy well by itself; well through third parties. In addition to, follow-up throughout the life of the project and be responsible for performing the necessary tasks for the management of the day to day of the property.

By not having the resources to deal with the commission of Housers, it is financed within the project. An estimate has been made of the commission charged to the investor, for an average investment of € 1,000 for which Housers would charge € X monthly during the first year of project life and € X at the end of the project if the estimated yield is met. The maximum term to invest in this opportunity may be lengthened by an additional 25% to the term initially foreseen, in accordance with the Law for the Promotion of Business Financing. Likewise, HOUSERS may close the financing of this opportunity/project closed when it has been financed by 90%.
