In Spain, Housers is a participatory financing platform (or PFP, which includes both equity crowdfunding and crowdlending activities) registered with the CNMV financial market supervisory authority with register number 20.
\r\nIn Italy Housers is authorized to carry out peer-to-peer lending (or crowdlending or lending based crowdfunding / LBC) activities as an agent of Lemonway (https://www.lemonway.com), a payment institution authorized by Bank of Italy according to the legislation of LBC. \r\nIn Portugal, Housers is pre-registered with the supervisory authority of the financial markets CMVM (The new crowdfunding regulation has been implemented since February 12, 2018).
The European Commission will publish in 2018 the first draft of a community regulation on crowdfunding, Housers is one of the four European platforms invited to participate in the EC work table.
