We would like to introduce you to AMG Costa Blanca III, a new development loan1 opportunity that consists in granting of a loan to a project developer for construction of a building composed of 6 apartments and commercial space in Rojales, in the province of Alicante.

This financing corresponds to the third phase of a project that requires a total of 550,000 euros (4 phases of financing are foreseen).4

  • As an investor, you can always sell your investments through the Direct Communication Channel (CCD).
  • It's a fixed rate opportunity, so you don't have to wait for the houses to be sold, you'll start earning revenue from the first month until the developer pays off the entire loan.

Rojales is the place where past and present meet: its rocky houses contrast with the tourist resorts of the area, offering the best services and becoming one of the main drivers of residential tourism of the Costa Blanca.

According to article 68.2 of Law 5/2015 for the Promotion of business financing, ”The maximum amount of fundraising per participatory financing project through each of the participatory financing platforms may not exceed 2,000. 000 euros, being possible the realization of successive rounds of financing that do not exceed the aforementioned amount in annual calculation. When the projects are directed exclusively to accredited investors, the previous maximum amount may reach 5,000,000 euros.
