Its partners are the architect Giacomo Isnenghi and the civil engineer Pablo Tamayo. They both have many years of experience in the reconstruction of properties in the same area where this opportunity is located, more precisely in the zurbano and Argensola streets. Giano Gonclaves, architect and interior designer that will work on the apartment’s decoration hand in hand with Tgv interiores, a company that will take the lead on furnishing the property. 

Finally, it is important to underline that Chueca, the district in which the flat is located, is next to Malasaña, one of the trendiest district in Madrid. In fact, they are both areas with high potential in terms of real estate investment: they were not affected by the economic crisis and the rent prices keep increasing.
