Job description:

If you are an active, dynamic person with real estate experience who is willing to take initiative, then we are looking for you!

You will oversee managing the complete life cycle of the asset portfolio assigned (ending up with more than 100 assets):

Checking the financial availability of each asset/project.

Drafting of projects and monitoring of the works progressing.

Managing each asset from an economic and operational point of view

Deal with external factors (tenants, service and utility providers, lawyer, tax advisor, public administration).

You must be able to work with several different types of assets, both residential and commerical, at the same time. 

You will form part of the Italian Real Estate team.

You will work mainly with the Italian branch but close and aligned to HQ, departments worldwide and other branches.

Responsabilidades:

 El candidato seleccionado será responsable de las siguientes funciones:

• Constitución y reestructuración del grupo mediante la planificación e implantación de las estructuras corporativas más adecuadas.

• Derecho societario recurrente.

• Corporate Compliance.

• Due Diligence, estructuración de operaciones relevantes y redacción y negociación de contratos relacionados;

• Joint Ventures y otras alianzas comerciales.

• Diseño, negociación y redacción de todo tipo de contratos mercantiles, nacionales e internacionales.

• Asesoramiento en cuestiones regulatorias, así como asegurar la conformidad del Grupo con los requisitos legales en todas las jurisdicciones en las que este presente.

• Apoyar y asesorar a las unidades de negocios internas y funciones según sea necesario.

• Trabajar en las mejores prácticas legales, en la eficiencia y en los procedimientos del Grupo;

• Administrar e instruir a los asesores externos.

 

Perfil buscado:

• Abogado(a) con experiencia de 5 a 8 años, preferiblemente en firma de servicios jurídicos de prestigio o como abogado interno en empresas medianas y grandes, estructuradas e internacionales

• Especialización en asesoramiento legal en materia de operaciones de reestructuración societaria, M&A y Private Equity.

• Experiencia gestionando equipos.
