In order to enjoy the promotion the investor must apply the code WELCOME2023 when investing. The 100€ of the promotion will be paid into the Housers account of the investor who meets the requirements to receive the promotion on the last day of the month following the closing of the project financing objective in which the first investment has been made. The amount of money delivered by this promotion can only be used to invest in projects in Housers and in no case can be withdrawn from the Housers account of the investor. Only applicable to investments in opportunities in the financing phase. The amount received for this promotion must be used/redeemed by the investor within a maximum period of 1 month from the payment of the same in the investor's Housers account, discounting the promotional amount from the investor's account if it is not used/redeemed within the maximum period given. The promotion is cumulative with other promotions except the friend promotion.
