Obtain up to +3% yield:

If you increase your investment, at least 500 euros, in 1 project you have +1% yield.
If you increase your investment in 2 projects, by a minimum of 500 euros in each one, you have +2% in each project.
If you increase your investment in 3 projects, by a minimum of 500 euros in each one, you have +3% in each project.

LEGAL TERMS

The INVEST3 promotion is applicable to all projects in the financing phase. It can be accumulated with other promotions. The promotion, offered by the developer, will only be effective under the following conditions:

- If you increase your investment by at least 500 euros in 1 project, you have +1%.

- If you increase your investment in 2 projects, by a minimum of 500 euros in each one, you have +2% in each project.

- If you increase your investment in 3 projects, by a minimum of 500 euros in each one, you have +3% in each project..

The increase in profitability will be applied exclusively during the first 12 months of the project over the total invested in its financing phase (this promotion is not applicable to investments made in the CCD) and discounting, where appropriate, the amounts recovered through the CCD, so that the promotion will be adjusted monthly taking into account the amount actually maintained on the payment dates of the promotion. The increase in profitability can only be used to invest in Housers, and in no case can be withdrawn. This amount must be used/exchanged within a maximum period of 1 month from the payment thereof in the wallet. The rate of increase in profitability will depend on the total amount invested in the project. Promotion valid from 11 January 2021 until 21/01/2021, using the code INVEST3.
