Win up to +6% yields offered by the project developer:

Invest from 300 euros to 499 euros and obtain +2% yields
Invest from 500 euros to 1.999 euros and obtain +3% yields
Invest from 2,000 euros to 2,999 euros and obtain +4% yields
Invest from 3,000 euros to 4,999 euros and obtain +5% yields
Invest 5,000 euros or more and obtain +6% yields

LEGAL TERMS:

The promotion ECOBOOST is applicable to the project: Eco Living Resort II. It is accumulative. The promotion, offered by the project developer, will only be effective under the following conditions:

- If an investment from 300€ is made there will be a 2% increase in the annual yield;

- If an investment from 500€ is made there will be a 3% increase in the annual yield;

- If an investment from 2,000€ is made there will be a 4% increase in the annual yield;

- If an investment from 3,000€ is made there will be a 5% increase in the annual yield;

- If an investment of 5,000€ or more is made there will be a 6% increase in the annual yield.

The increase in profitability will be applied exclusively during the first 12 months of the project on the total invested in its financing phase (this promotion is not applicable for investments made in the CCD) and discounts, if applicable, the amounts recovered through the CCD, so that the promotion will be monthly adjusted taking into account the amount effectively maintained on the dates of payment of the same. The percentage increase in profitability will depend on the total amount invested in the project. Promotion valid from Dicember 02, 2020 until the funding of the project is completed, using the code ECOBOOST. It is retroactive.
