Invest from 50 euros to 299 euros and obtain +2% yields
Invest from 300 euros to 499 euros and obtain +3% yields
Invest from 500 euros to 999 euros and obtain +4% yields
Invest more than 1,000 euros and obtain +5% yields

LEGAL TERMS:

The promotion SPECIALMONTCADA is applicable to the Montcada project and cannot be combined with any other promotion except the tell a friend promotion. The promotion will only be effective under the following conditions:

- If an investment from 50€ is made in the Montcada project, there will be a 2% increase in the annual yield;

- If an investment from 300€ is made in the Montcada project, there will be a 3% increase in the annual yield;

- If an investment from 500€ is made in the Montcada project, there will be a 4% increase in the annual yield;

- If an investment from 1,000€ is made in the Montcada project, there will be a 5% increase in the annual yield.

Promotion only valid for new investments in the MONTCADA project with a minimum amount described in the previous points. If each of the above minimum amounts for the application of the promotion has been reached, it will automatically be applied retroactively. In the case of having invested in MONTCADA without reaching the minimum amounts, it will be sufficient to make a new investment to reach the established minimum amount. The increase in profitability will be applied exclusively during the first 12 months of the project over the total invested in its financing phase (this promotion is not applicable to investments made in the CCD) and discounting, where appropriate, the amounts recovered through the CCD, so that the promotion will be adjusted monthly taking into account the amount actually maintained on the dates of payment of the promotion. The percentage increase in profitability will depend on the total amount invested in the Montcada project. Promotion valid from August 26, 2020 until the end of project financing, using the code SPECIALMONTCADA. It is retroactive.
