It’s very important to note that the advantages of this project are:

  • The promoters have been working on the project for about a year, with the commercialization of the houses and the processing of the licenses.
  • The site has an approved license for the compensation and urbanization project, pending the approval of the execution project. The initial project has already been approved, the presentation to Santander City Council was made in February 2017.
  • Currently the building is "tied" with a deposit contract by the developer.
  • In total 34 homes will be built while the marketing of the promotion already began in mid-March of this year making 12 properties already reserved!
  • Being a fixed-rate loan opportunity, you will not have to wait for the sale of the homes, you will start earning income from the first month until the developer repays the entire loan. The interest agreed with the developer is 10% in only 12 months

The new construction development called Residencial Hoyo 2, will be located on Avenida Resconorio 51, in a privileged district that allows direct access to the famous Sardinero beach with a direct connection to the city center just 2 minutes away by car.

According to the current situation, it will take several years to have new construction licences, due to the actual Plan for Urban Regulation. This project will be the only new construction in the area.


Residential Hoyo 2, is an urbanization that consists of two buildings with a total of 34 properties of 2/3 bedrooms (configuration most in demand in the area), 45 garages and an individual storage room for each property.
