This funding corresponds to the first stage of a project of EUR 430.000 (a total of 2 different stages of funding are foreseen).

We present to you Alhelí - Santander I, a new opportunity of Fixed Rate that consists in financing a real estate developer the purchase, rehabilitation and sale of an isolated family house, to obtain after the refurbishment two coupled houses in Ciudad Jardín in Santander.
