This financing corresponds to the second stage (which amounts to 100,000 euros) of a project of 400,000 euros (a total of 2 different financing stages are foreseen).

The villas are located in Via del Picchio, Gallicano, and each of them is composed of 2 floors:

Each villa will have two car parks and a private entrance. 7 out of the 9 villas will have an area of 110 m2 and the following distribution:

  • Kitchen
  • Dining Room
  • 2 bedrooms
  • 2 bathrooms

The other 2 will have an area of 160 m2 and the distribution will be as followed:

In addition, the sponsoring company, which is named LASTASTA, has already concluded 3 projects with Housers. It is the case of Marina di Massa and Belvedere di Lucca, both financed in less than 24 hours, and Poggio del Sole. It has many years of experience, mostly in brand new constructions in Italy.  

Finally, it is important to know that Argos (similar to the agreement with GOC in Spain) will carry out the monitoring of this type of projects so that there will be a permanent control of all the capital that investors contribute.
