Oasi Rimini consists of the granting of a loan to a project developer for the purchase of land in order to build 4 residences with a total of 40 apartments that will compose the “Quadrifoglio” Residence. The project is located in Rimini, a town on the Italian Adriatic Coast.

The objective, in every work it carries out, is to transmit the passion for its work, which is always evolving.

Finally, it is important to know that Argos (similar to the agreement with GOC in Spain) will carry out the monitoring of this type of projects so that there will be a permanent control of all the capital that investors contribute.
